good stay overall, but needs improved amenities

The room was spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi connection was exceptionally fast and reliable, which is vital for work. Additionally, the hot water supply worked perfectly during my entire stay. I really appreciated that the location was convenient for public transportation, making it easy to explore the area.

Some additional amenities could enhance the overall experience.

The room size was decent and included a refrigerator, microwave, and AC, which made the stay comfortable. However, the price fluctuation between nights was confusing. paying $102 on a Friday and $160 the following night felt excessive for the same room. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was inadequate, with reports of dirty towels and a lack of basic amenities like a shower curtain and furniture. I'd recommend looking elsewhere if you value a clean and well-maintained room.

Couple seeking a decent stay

I appreciated the location, which was off the main street and just a 5 minute walk to shops and food. Also had a nice walk-in shower, which was a highlight for me.

This place didn’t come at a low price, if you catch my drift.

I recently stayed at a newly renovated place and really loved the strong WiFi and hot water. the comfy pillows were a nice touch too! However, it was frustrating that the room lacked closet space for hanging clothes. I'd definitely consider staying again if I could check in on time!

Convenient stay with attentive staff

Checked in late, but the staff welcomed me with warm smiles. The king room was spacious and clean, making it a joy to settle in.

However, I did wish for a microwave to heat up leftovers. The lack of closet space was also a bit inconvenient.

palm inn, newly renovated rooms was conveniently located near great attractions. the king room was nicely updated. one service that really stood out was the helpful and friendly front desk staff. guests appreciated the cleanliness of the newly renovated space.

Comfortable room, spacious shower, with excellent free wi-fi and convenient parking that made my late-night check-in a breeze when I arrived after a long flight.
